An independent investment arm of Service Federal Credit Union, Service Ventures was founded in 2024 to allow the credit union to keep an eye on the future and further drive its mission of improving members’ financial well-being while also helping improve member experience.

An industry leader in innovation, Service Ventures seeks to partner with startups in the credit union space who are likewise dedicated to improving the financial health of credit union members.

Service Ventures is led by Brian Regan, general partner. Before joining Service Ventures in 2024, Brian co-founded Strake, a public cloud optimization company. Prior to that, Brian worked for VMWare’s Security Business Unit, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and business planning initiatives.
